You are capable of change, even when things feel hard

I’m so glad you’re here

MEET Staci

I’m passionate about helping people heal from trauma, build self-worth, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I believe real change happens through connection, compassion, and gaining new perspectives.

One of my favorite parts of therapy is seeing the people I work with take what we talk about in session and apply it in their lives — setting boundaries, speaking up, and realizing they are capable of doing hard things.

My role isn’t to fix you, but to walk alongside you and support change that feels genuine, sustainable, and aligned with who you are.

You don’t have to keep living in survival mode. Healing is not about becoming someone new — it’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.

Education and Training

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychological Services, and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.

My training in marriage and family therapy allows me to work from a systemic perspective, meaning I look at the bigger picture — how past experiences, relationships, and current circumstances influence who you are and how you feel today. This helps us understand patterns, not just manage symptoms.

I am also trained as an Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) practitioner, which provides specialized tools to help process trauma and work with individuals experiencing PTSD and complex PTSD. This training supports a trauma-informed, effective approach to healing.

Together, my education and ongoing training inform a thoughtful, whole-person approach to therapy.

My specialties include

The heart of this practice

Safety

Healing happens in spaces where you feel emotionally safe, respected, and never judged. I prioritize creating a steady, grounded environment where you can show up honestly — without having to perform, explain away your pain, or protect my feelings.

compassion

Therapy is not something done to you — it’s something we build together. You bring your lived experience; I bring clinical guidance and perspective. Together, we create meaningful change that feels authentic and sustainable.

Empowerment

Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you reclaim your voice, your boundaries, and your choices. You are the expert on your life. My role is to guide, challenge, and support you as you move toward the life that feels like yours.
